Shaping a Future of Empathy, Diversity & Inclusion
Building compassionate leaders for tomorrow, today.
Fahmee Qatar
Fahmee is dedicated to nurturing the next generation with empathy, compassion, and acceptance by educating neurotypical children about neurodiversity.
Our mission goes beyond awareness it’s about shaping a culture where every child feels understood, valued, and celebrated.
We cultivate empathy, compassion, and acceptance in schools to build cultures where every child is valued, celebrated, and included.
Rooted in evidence-based practices and aligned with Qatar National Vision 2030, our programs nurture the social, emotional, and cognitive skills required for children to thrive in a diverse world.

Mission & Vision
Mission
To embed empathy as a lifelong skill in education, giving children and educators the ability to celebrate differences, reduce exclusion, and foster mental well-being.
Vision
A future where inclusivity is instinctive where children grow into leaders shaped by values of compassion, belonging, and respect for neurodiversity.
What’s Missing in Schools Today — And How We Address It
Most schools teach academic skills, but rarely address neurodiversity in a structured, child-friendly way. Fahmee Qatar fills this critical gap:
Awareness vs. Understanding
Children may hear about “special needs,” but they often don’t learn what autism, ADHD, or dyslexia mean in terms of strengths and challenges. We simplify and normalize these conversations.
Empathy in Action
Textbook awareness isn’t enough. We design interactive exercises where children practice kindness, patience, and teamwork with peers who learn differently.
Language of Inclusion
Kids are rarely taught the words and gestures that make peers feel respected. Our workshops introduce age-appropriate ways to communicate without stigma.
Role Models
Neurodiverse voices are often absent in classrooms. We bring stories, activities, and real-life narratives that highlight lived experiences and strengths.
Emotional Literacy
Schools may focus on academics, but not always on emotions. We guide children to recognize feelings (their own and others’), an essential step toward reducing bullying.
Everyday Application
Inclusion shouldn’t stop at “awareness week.” We train teachers and volunteers to embed inclusion practices into daily classroom routines.
